Ok, it's been a tricky first week. As some of you know, Max ended up back in the hospital for some heat related problems. But 48 hours under intense observation by Amy and the nursing staff at Kaiser solved Max's problems and is now enjoying a happy baby's life.
He's not doing much more than what I mentioned in the previous post or what this picture displays. In fact, that's mostly what he does. Sleep, eat, poop and cry when one of those things isn't working out.
He still looks like he's tracking stuff in the air. We think it's the ceiling fans or some other distracting object but then he'll track something where there is no ceiling fan or for that matter, nothing to look at. But if you think about it, where else is he going to look, right? It still looks cool.
I like the image above because Max is still assuming the fetal position that he was cocooned in for months. We attempt to simulate it sometimes by swaddling him and it stops him from crying.

I love that picture too. Max looks like he's smiling. He must had a peaceful sleep. Nighty night Mr.Max.. *kiss on max's forehead*
What a beautiful baby. I wish I could hold him. Max certainly does look like he is smiling. I think he needs some Green Bay Packer clothing.
That is the most peaceful happy face I've seen; wow cute kid!
Definitely got his looks from Amy’s side of the family. =^D
Charger clothing!
My dad mentioned this morning that he'd picked out a Packer outfit for Max, and my aunt Chris said she was looking for a tiny cheese-head hat for him. Jojo had a GB Packers cheerleader outfit when she was 3...on those rare occasions when we'd watch a game, she'd encourage them by yelling "Go Crackers!!"
Hm, I was thinking of getting him a wrestler's uniform and a little mask--a "Luchador" ( Mexican wrestler). Maybe he could be, "El Pacador" - The Packer. Or, "El Bolto" - The Big Bolt. I don't know... I'm looking for a Halloween costume for Max.
