Seven months! Happy Easter!!

Max is now seven months. The pink bunny ears were not my idea but nevertheless, I really like them. As long as you put the ears on his head gently, he never noticed that he was wearing them. It was a skill that both Amy and I mastered.

This month seems to be the month that Max discovered mobility, he's crawling, for the most part but he has a funny way of doing it. He gets on his hands and knees, rocks back and forth a few times and then crawls backwards until he gets stuck.

When he gets frustrated, he'll pick up one of his legs and try to stand, this forces him to move forward and that gets him crawling, it's pretty cool to watch.

He likes to watch the Wiggles, a dance group of guys dressed up in colorful shirts, also the Teletubbies.

Max is teething now as well. You can see two tiny stubby little teeth coming in through his lower gum. He's got chewing down now even without teeth. When we go to dinner, he'll get something soft that's on our plate like mashed potatoes, gravy or we'll mash up some fruit. Bananas seem to be his favorite, apples are probably next oranges make him whince--I think they're really tart to him.

Watching the cat run back and forth across the living room floor makes him laugh almost histerically.
